随着我国城市化进程的放缓,贯彻落实城市更新发展是实现城市科学发展、区域振兴的重要举措。文章以浙江某居住建筑的绿色改造为研究对象,通过分析政府政策引导、项目技术需求,探讨市场化路径,提出并完善了城市区域性绿色建筑改造的综合诊断方法与集成改造技术。通过工程示范与效果跟踪,验证了技术的可行性。经分析与检测,改造后外墙传热系数降至0.23W/(m2·K),碳排放降至11.32kg/(m2·a),改造后的降碳率达到76.95%。本研究旨在丰富区域性绿色改造技术,为城市绿色改造更新技术的研究与推广实施提供借鉴。
Abstract:With the slowdown of urbanization in China, implementing urban renewal is a crucial measure for achieving scientific urban development and regional revitalization. Taking the green renovation project of a residential building in Zhejiang as the research subject, this paper analyzes government policy guidance, project technical requirements, and market-oriented paths. It proposes and refines a comprehensive diagnostic method and integrated renovation technology for the renovation of urban regional green buildings. Through engineering demonstrations and effect tracking, the technical feasibility is validated. Through analysis and testing, it reveals that after renovation, the exterior wall thermal transmittance and carbon emissions are reduced to 0.23 W/(m2·K) and 11.32 kg/(m2·a), respectively, and the carbon reduction rate reaches 76.95%. This paper aims to enrich the regional green renovation technologies and to provide a reference for the study and promotion of urban green renovation and renewal techniques.
