文章以工程实例为基础,介绍了铝合金模板和木模板结合施工在超高层建筑中非标层和避难层的优势及应用。非标层和避难层的施工,从技术、经济、质量等角度综合考虑,铝木结合模板体系能更大程度地发挥两种模板的优势,避免了木模板或铝模板整层配模,降本增效,达到了最佳的综合效益。此外,文章通过分析绿色建筑发展趋势,结合铝模板的循环利用特性和木模板的灵活性,提出铝木结合模式在可持续发展中的独特价值,并通过实际工程验证其综合效益。
Abstract:Based on the engineering case, this paper introduces the advantages and application of the combining of aluminum alloy formwork and wood formwork in the construction of nonstandard floors and refuge floors in super high-rise buildings. For the construction of non-standard floors and refuge floors, the system of combining aluminum alloy formwork with wood formwork can give full play to the advantages of the two formworks to a greater extent from the perspectives of technology, economy and quality to avoid the matching of wood formwork or aluminum formwork for the whole floor, to reduce costs and to increase efficiency, thus achieving the best comprehensive benefits. Furthermore, by analyzing the green building development trend and combining the recyclability of aluminum alloy formwork with the flexibility of wood formwork, this paper highlights the unique value of combining aluminum alloy formwork with wood formwork in sustainable construction, and verifies its comprehensive benefits through practical engineering cases.
